| 95. Section 605 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition at the end of that section of the following proviso:- " Provided that where such decree nisi is entered ex parte, the period during which the same should not be made absolute shall be computed from the date of service of such decree nisi on the defaulting party.". |
