Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (Amendment) Law (No. 50 of 1973) - Sect 11

Amendment of section 78 of the principal enactment

11. Section 78 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after the definition of " Director ", of the following new definition: - ' " foreign-owned petroleum company " means any foreign-owned petroleum company within the meaning of the definition of " foreign-owned petroleum companies " in the Ceylon Petroleum (Foreign Claims) Compensation Act, No. 19 of 1965.'.
