The Chairman of the Board of Directors or such other officer as may be authorized by him in that behalf shall, upon the determination of the amount of compensation payable to any person in respect of any land vested in or requisitioned for the Corporation, make an award under his hand of the amount of such compensation and give written notice of such award to the person or persons entitled to such compensation. |
