Meetings of the Tribunal

13.
(1) The Secretary to the Tribunal shall, under the direction of the Chairman of the Tribunal, convene meetings of the Tribunal for the consideration and determination of references for awards as to compensation.
(2) The Chairman shall preside at meetings of the Tribunal.
(3) A meeting of the Tribunal may from time to time be postponed or adjourned.
