| 20. Any compensation payable in respect of the whole or any part of the undertaking of any company which has vested in the Government under part II, less any sum required by section 21 to be paid to any officer therefrom, shall be deposited by the Secretary to the Ministry in charge of the subject of Finance with such company which shall pay such compensation to the persons entitled thereto. |
