Powers of appointment, &c, of the Public Service Commission or the Judicial Service Commission not to be affected or curtailed by this Act

9. Nothing in the provisions of this Act shall be deemed or construed to affect, prejudice, or curtail in any way-

(b) the power of appointment, transfer, dismissal and disciplinary control of public officers vested in the Public Service Commission; or

(c) the power of appointment, transfer, dismissal and disciplinary control of judicial officers vested in the Judicial Service Commission,

by the Ceylon (Constitution) Order in Council, 1946.
