| 2. The persons who, on the date of the commencement of this Act, are members of the Ceylon Railway Guards' and Locomotive Enginemen's Provident Association (hereinafter referred to as " the Association ") and such other persons as are hereafter enrolled as members of the Association shall be a body corporate (hereinafter referred to as " the Corporation ") with perpetual succession, a common seal and the name " The Ceylon Railway Guards' and Locomotive Enginemen's Provident Association ". The Corporation may sue or be sued by that name. |
