Section 60 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words " being a person entrusted with or having the dominion of any money ", of the words " being a person who is or has at any time been entrusted with, or being a person having or at any time having had the dominion of, any money", which amendment shall has retrospective effect from the date of commencement of the principal enactment. |
