18. Section 70 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (3) thereof, and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection:"
| " (3) All appointments and orders made, notifications and notices issued, awards made by arbitrators, and decisions made by the Registrar, and suits and other proceedings instituted or deemed to have been made, issued or instituted and all disputes that have arisen under any enactment repealed by this Law, shall be deemed to have been respectively made, issued and instituted and to have arisen under this Law. ". (Section 70 has been omitted in the Revised Edition, being a repealing provision, which had taken effect.) |
