Amendment of section 7 of the principal enactment

4. Section 7 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the word "secretary", of the word " manager ".*[*This change has already been effected in the Revised Edition of the Legislative Enactments, 1956.]
