| (1) Where any land, other than Crown land, is required to be acquired for any of the purposes of the Corporation and the Minister, by Order published in the Gazette, approves of the proposed acquisition, the land proposed to be acquired shall, for the purpose of the application of the Land Acquisition Act, be deemed to be required for a public purpose and may be acquired under that Act and transferred to the Corporation.

| (2) Any sum payable for the acquisition of land under the Land Acquisition Act for the Corporation shall be paid by the Corporation.
