Section 2 of the Ceylon State Mortgage Bank Ordinance (as amended by Act No. 33 of 1968), hereafter in this Act referred to as the " principal enactment "', is hereby further amended in the definition of the term " loan " by the substitution, for the expression " designation called; " of the expression " designation called, but does not include any salary advances to the staff of the bank;". |
