| 19. Where any compensation payable to any person under this Act is not accepted by him when it is tendered to him, or where such person is dead or is not in existence or is not known, it shall be paid to any District Court or Court of Requests, according as the amount of compensation exceeds or does not exceed seven hundred and fifty rupees, to be drawn by the person or persons entitled thereto. |
