| 17. Subject to the provisions of section 18, the members of the Corporation shall have the general control of the affairs of the Corporation and may exercise the powers of the Corporation: Provided that the members of the Corporation may by resolution passed at a meeting of such members delegate to any member or employee of the Corporation the exercise of any of the powers of the Corporation. |
