Ceylon Tea Board Act (No. 15 of 1970) - Sect 16

Estimates of income and expenditure

16.
(1) The Board shall prepare before the end of November of each year estimates of the income and expenditure of the Board for the next succeeding year including the income and expenditure of each committee which has been appointed in pursuance of section 8.
(2) The Board shall forward copies of the estimates of its income and expenditure for each year prepared under sub-section (1) to the Minister and the Minister of Agriculture.
