| (1) The Tea Subsidy Act, No. 12 of 1958, is hereby repealed. |

| (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Tea Subsidy Act, No. 12 of 1958, every such regulation made under that Act as is in force on the day immediately preceding the date of such repeal shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be a regulation made by the Board under this Act subject to the modification that any reference in any such regulation to the " Tea Controller " or the 'c Controller '' shall be read and construed as a reference to the " Tea Commissioner ". |
