15. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law"
(a) an affidavit or sworn statement ; |

(b)any book , document, cheque, record or register or a certified copy thereof or of any entry in any such book, document, record or register |
| produced, delivered or furnished, to the Commission in the course of an investigate on conducted by it under this Act, shall be relevant and admissible at the trial of any person for an offence under the Bribery Act or the Declaration of Assets and Liabilities Law, No. 1 of 1975 and shall be prima facie proof of the fact of its execution and the contacts therein. |
