| 25. All investigations under the bribery Act commenced by the Bribery Commissioner and pending on the day proceeding the appointed date, shall stand transferred to the on may be continued by the Commissioner on if such investigations had been commenced by the Commissioner and all proceedings instituted by the Bribery commissioner and pending before any Court, on the appointed date may be continued after the appointed date ,as if they were proceedings restituted on the direction of the Commission, and all statements and documents furnished to the Bribery Commissioner in the course of investigations under the Bribery Act , or certified copies thereof shall be admissible in proceedings instituted under that Act, as if subsection(5) of section 4 of that Act were still force." |
