Co-operative Wholesale Establishment (Amendment) Act (No. 12 of 1969) - Sect 4

Insertion of new section 11A. in the principal Act

4. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 11 of the principal Act and shall have effect as section 11A of that Act: -
11A. No suit, prosecution or other " Protection for employees of the board for acts done in good faith. legal proceeding shall lie against any employee of the board in respect of any act which is done or purported to be done by him in good faith under this Act.".
