| 20. All moneys received by a Development Council and payable into the Fund shall be lodged with an approved bank, and shall be credited to an account entitled "the Development Fund ". In this section " approved bank" means a bank specified by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance by Order published in the Gazette as a bank in which the moneys of a Development Council may be lodged. |
