Development Councils Act (No. 35 of 1980) - Sect 33

Quorum

33. The quorum for any meeting of the Executive Committee of a Development Council shall consist of three members of such Committee : Provided that in the case of a Committee appointed under section 61 (3), the quorum shall be two members.
