Development Councils Act (No. 35 of 1980) - Sect 39

Annual development plan and budget

39.
(1) The annual development plan considered by the Executive Committee of a Development Council under section 35 (a) shall be submitted by such Committee through the Minister to the Council for its approval.
(2) The Executive Committee shall prepare a budget containing an estimate of the available income and details of the proposed expenditure of the Council for the ensuing financial year.
