| (1) The President may, if he is satisfied that there is sufficient proof of incompetence or mismanagement on the part of all or any of the members of an Executive Committee, as the circumstances of each case may require,, by Order published in the Gazette, remove from office such member or members, after affording such member or members an opportunity of being heard, |

| (2) Where any member is removed under subsection (1), the District Minister shall, in consultation with the Chair man, appoint another member in place of the member so removed : |
