| 68. Where any Development Council fails to comply with any order made under section 67, within the time specified therein, the Minister may direct the District Minister or appoint any other person to fulfil such duty or carry out such work, and may fix the remuneration to be paid to such person, and may direct that such remuneration and the cost of such work shall be defrayed out of the Fund. |
