Development Councils Act (No. 35 of 1980) - Sect 70

Confirmation and publication of by-law

70.
(1) No by-law shall have effect until it has been confirmed by Parliament and notification of such confirmation is published in the Gazette.
(2) Every by-law shall, upon the notification of such confirmation, be as valid and effectual as though it were herein enacted.
