| 83.Every member, and every, and every contractor or agent to whom the collection of any district tax, rent or toll, or any payment on account of, or in connection with, district land is entrusted by or on behalf of the Council, and every person employed by such contractor or agent, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code. |
