The seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of the General Secretary and it shall not be affixed to any document or instrument except in the presence of the President and any one of the Patrons, both of whom shall sign their names to the document or instrument in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness. |
