102. The Commissioner shall
| (a) exercise general direction and supervision over the administrative conduct of elections under this Act; |
|
| (b) have power to issue to Deputy and Assistant Com- missioners of Elections, returning officers, presiding officers and other election officers, presiding as he may deem necessary to ensure active execution of the provisions of this Act |
|
| (c) execute and perform all other powers and duties which are conferred and imposed upon him by or under this Act. |
