| 90. Any person who is convicted of an offence specified in sections 66 to 39 (both inclusive) shall, in addition to any other penalty prescribed for such offence, be disqualified for a period of five years from the date of such conviction from being elected to, or from sitting or voting as a member of, any development council. |
