Defence Levy (Amendment) Act (No. 36 of 1992) - Sect 7

Retrospective effect

7. The amendments made to the principal enactment by subsection (2) of section 2 and by section 5 of this Act, shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force on July 1, 1992.
