Development Lotteries Board Act (No. 20 of 1997) - Sect 20

the meaning of the Bribery Act,

20. The Board shall be deemed to be a Scheduled Board to be a Institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act and the Scheduled Institution within provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
