Lotteries Ordinance not to apply to Lotteries

22.
(1) The provisions of the Lotteries Ordinance (Chapter 45) and Part I of the Finance Act, No, 11 of 1963 shall not apply to and in relation to any lottery, conducted or arranged to be conducted under this Act.
(2) For the avoidance of doubts it is hereby declared that -
(a) the conduct or the arranging for the conduct of;
(b) the drawing of a ticket in ;
(c)the buying or selling of a ticket in ;
(d)assisting in the conduct of; or
(e)the use of any premises for the conduct of,
