10. Section 18 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-
| (1) by the substitution, for the words " The Minister may,", of the words " The Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon may, " ; |
|
| (2) by the substitution, for the words " Government Agent", of the words " Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon " ; |
|
| (3) by the substitution, for the words " as the Minister may ", of the words " as the Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon may"; and |
|
| (4) in the marginal note to that section, by the substitution, for the words " Ordinance or regulations ", of the words " any provisions of this Ordinance or any regulation or order made thereunder ". |
