4. Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -
| (1) in subsection (1) of that section-
| | (a) by the substitution, for the words " Government Agent or to a divisional revenue officer of a division", of the words " Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon " ; | | |
| | (b) by the substitution, for all the words from " infected area " to the end of that subsection, of the words " infected area. " : and | | |
| | (c) in the marginal note to that subsection, by the substitution, for the words " of Government Agent ", of the words " by Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon " ; | | |
|

| (2) in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " Government Agent", of the words " Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon"; and |
|
| (3) in subsection (4) of that section-
| | (a) by the substitution, for the words " Government Agent or a divisional revenue officer", of the words " Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon " ; and | | |
