6. Section 6 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -
| (1) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " rinderpest among cattle or animals, the Government Agent may,", of the words " any disease among cattle or animals, the Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon may," ; |

| (2) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for all the words from " is established. " to the end of that subsection, of the words " is established, and shall forthwith be published in the Gazette. " ; and |
|
| (3) in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " Government Agent ", of the words " Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon ". |
