| 2. With effect from the appointed date wherever, in any other written law or in any notice, permit, communication, form or other document issued, made, required or authorized by or under any such written law, the expression " Director of Cultural Affairs " occurs, there shall be substituted therefor the expression " Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Cultural Affairs, or his representative", and accordingly wherever in any such written law the abbreviation " Director " is used to denote the Director of Cultural Affairs such abbreviation shall be read and construed as a reference to such Secretary or his representative. |
