Amendment to section 5 of the principal

3. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-

(i) by the substitution, for the fullstop appearing at the end of that section, of a semi-colon ; and

(ii) by the insertion at the end of that section of the following new paragraph :-

	" (f) such after care services as would help in the rehabilitation of prisoners after their discharge from prison.".
