Destruction of valueless documents (special Provisions) Law (No. 22 of 1977) - Sect 2

Destruction of Valueless Documents Ordinance deemed to have been in operation

2. The Destruction of Valueless Documents Ordinance (Chapter 479) shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be, and to have been, in operation as if that Ordinance had not been repealed and shall continue to be the law authorizing the destruction, of valueless documents preserved in courts of justice.
