5.
| (1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by a Committee of Management consisting of the office-bearers and such number of other persons elected in accordance with the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation. |

| (2) The first members of the Committee of Management of the Corporation shall be the members of the Committee of Management of the Sabhawa holding office at the time of the coming into operation of this Act. |
