| 18. Section 23 of the Judicature Act No. 2 of 1978, as amended by section 2 of Act No. 37 of 1979 is further amended by the addition at the end of that section of the following proviso: " "Provided that in the case of decrees entered under the Debt Recovery (Special Provisions) Act No. 2 of 1990 the amount of the Bond to be entered into shall be the decreed sum or such part thereof as the court deem fit in all the circumstances of the case.". |
