Dhamma School Fund Act (No. 52 of 2000) - Sect 12

Officers and servants of the Fund

12. The Fund shall have the power "
(a) to appoint such officers and servants as may be required for the administration and management of the affairs of the Fund ; and
(b) to determine the remuneration to be paid to such officers and servants.
