Debits Tax (Repeal) Act (No. 19 of 1979) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

1. This Act may be cited as the Bank Debits Tax (Repeal) Act, No. 19 of 1979, and shall be deemed, for all purposes, to have come into operation on January 1, 1979.
