| 8. Notwithstanding the amendment of section 22 of the principal enactment by Act No. 49 of 1961, every resolution of the House of Representatives passed under that section and in force on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of that Act shall, on and after that date, be deemed to be an Order made by the Minister under that section as amended by that Act and accordingly the provisions of subsection (2) of that section as so amended shall apply to and in relation to such resolution. |
