Employees' Councils Act (No. 32 of 1979) - Sect 27

Decisions of meetings of the Council

27.
(1) The decision of the Council shall be the majority decision of the members present and voting.
(2) In the event of an equality of votes the Chairman shall have a casting vote.
(3) One-half of the members of the Council shall constitute a quorum for a meeting of the Council.
