Employees' Councils Act (No. 32 of 1979) - Sect 42

Obstructing or hindering a member of the Council an offence

42.
(1) No person shall obstruct or hinder a member of the Council in the discharge of his functions.
(2) Any person who obstructs or hinders a member in the execution of his functions shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
