Estate Duty (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 11

Amendment of section 48 of the principal enactment. [ 3, 18 of 1962.]

11. Section 48 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for all the words and figures from " in Ceylon" to " section 79, and ", of the words " in Ceylon, and ".
