Estate Duty (Abolition) Act (No. 53 of 1985) - Sect 2

Abolition of levy and payment of estate duty under Act No. 13 of 1980, on the estates of persons dying on, or after, November 13,1985

2. No estate duty shall be levied or paid, under the Estate Duty Act, No. 13 of 1980, on the value of the estate of any person dying on, or after, November 13, 1985.
