19.
| (1) No person under the age of sixteen years shall take part in any public performance in which his life is, or limbs are, endangered. |

| (2) Every person who causes or procures a person under the age of sixteen years, or being his parent or guardian allows him, to take part in any such performance as is referred to in subsection (1) of this section, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand rupees or imprisonment of either description for a period not exceeding six months or both such fine and such imprisonment. |
