Excise (Special Provisions) Act (No. 13 of 1989) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

1, This Act may be cited as the Excise (Special Provisions) Act, No. 13 of 1939, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may appoint by Order published in the Gazette. Different dates may be appointed in respect of different provisions of this Act.
