Arrests searches &C how to be made

21. The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act. No. 15 of 1979 relating to arrests searches, search warrants, the release of persons arrested or on bail or on the execution of bonds, the production of persons arrested and the investigation of offences shall be applicable to all action taken in these respects under this Act.
